Pavel Beran will soon face Milan Šádek, Pepa Kveton and Michal Križánek!

This year's edition of the prestigious New York Pro will be exceptional, especially for our and Slovak bodybuilding fans. A very strong Czech-Slovak delegation will be on the stage. Milan Šádek, Josef Květoň, Michal Križánek and Pavel Beran will show their forms on stage!

It is the latter, i.e. Pavel Beran, who will show us his form today, which he has about 10 weeks before putting on his competition swimsuit and entering the stage. There's been one big change in Pavel. He no longer relies on the advice of George Farah, but is his own coach, with another top Czech bodybuilder Luboš Chládek as his "consultant".

And why did Pavel choose the New York show? The reason is quite prosaic. The promoter of this competition for many years is Steve Weinberger, who is also the main judge at Mr. Olympia and EVLS Prague Pro. So Pavel feels that he should show in front of him as much as possible to get his name out there.
