Pavel Beran comments on his races so far

Romania Muscle Fest Pro 2023, EVLS Prague Pro 2023 and Japan Pro 2023. These are the competitions that Pavel Beran, a professional bodybuilder sponsored by EVLS Prague and Czech Virus, participated in this year.

Below we can watch a video together, in which we can see not only Pavel's training of his back muscles, but also listen to his comments on the above mentioned competitions.

For example, we learn that the EVLS Prague Pro was a fantastic race whose atmosphere reminded Pavel of his professional debut in 2018. Although he made it into the Top 10, he is aware that such a position is no hit parade. At the same time, he is satisfied that he presented himself better at the races than he has in the past, which is the basis for success.

So he takes the position as a small victory, especially considering his previous start in Romania, where he finished last, in 16th place.
He would not like to return to these races. In his own words, he needs to forget the failures quickly and move on.

He also says that the goal is to keep improving, but gradually. Everything has its time, and the most important thing is health, and to be there for his family as long as possible.

Paul also talks about the vacation he would like to take to make up for the months of preparation for his wife, and it is also time to detoxify the body and rest.

But Pavel himself will tell us more about his plans in the following video.
