Ondra Kmost'ák - Return to Olympia

Recently we brought you hot news that one of our best competitors in Men's Physique category, multiple Olympia Weekend participant Ondřej Kmošt'ák, has joined Czech Virus team.

Today we have for you his first video in the "colours" of this team. In it, Ondřej will show you not only what and how he cooks, what supplements he uses or how he trains, but also the reason why he decided to work with Czech Virus.

At the end of the video, he mentions:

"Preparations are in full swing. The volume is going pretty well, I plan to put on another three or four kilos, and I think that if everything goes well, this Olympia chase will start this year. Sometime during November, December , and if we get a lot of success, we'll grab it at the end of the year! Qualifying for my fourth Olympia, and this is the only goal!"
