"No resolutions, just hard work." Chris Hemsworth is sending a clear message by 2026!

Here we go. We're past the middle of January. For many people, this is the tipping point when the "new me" collides with the reality of everyday life, fatigue and lack of time. If you feel like giving up, stop. Let's go back to the idea that Chris Hemsworth sent out into the world at the start of 2026.

When the noise dies down.

Hemsworth wrote in his post:

No resolutions, no noise. Just real training.

The first weeks of January were exactly that, "noise." Full social networks, full gyms, lots of talk. Now it's quiet. And it's in that silence that you can tell who's serious. Chris's black and white, focused expression in the photos symbolizes exactly the phase we're in now. We're no longer smiling for the camera that we've started. Now we have to grit our teeth to keep going.

Strength doesn't build up overnight (or in three weeks)

You may not see results as quickly as you had hoped. The Thor character has an answer for that, too, which you should post on your mirror today:

Strength isn't built overnight... it's built one repetition at a time.

If you feel stagnant today, January 24th, remember this. Hemsworth reminds us that 2026 is not a one-month sprint. His platform , Centr, is focused on the long term this year. The goal wasn't to "start strong" just for Instagram. The goal is to "Get Stronger" throughout the year.

Don't give up, there is a plan

Chris mentioned in his message that wherever you are starting (or starting again) from, you are not alone in this. If you've fallen out of rhythm by mid-January, it's okay. The important thing is not to let one missed workout turn into the end of the endeavor. The programs Hemsworth has announced aren't about miracles. They're about a plan. And a plan is the only thing that will keep you in the game when the motivation runs out - which is exactly today.

Resolutions are dead, long live training. If you're still in the gym today while others have dropped out, you're on the right track. As Chris says, "Let's get stronger together." The year has just begun.
