Nick Walker advises, "Always be kind, be generous, help others when you can. You might just change someone's life."

During the beginning of February, another edition of the prestigious bodybuilding competition Arnold Classic took place, where the darling of last year's Mr. Olympia - Nick Walker - competed. He was just at the mentioned Olympia voted by the spectators as the winner and could take away the prize for the winner of the fans.

However, he went to the Arnold Classic with one goal in mind and that was to win his second title here.

Being a two-time Arnold Classic winner is my only current goal!

However, Nick was unable to win this year's event, leaving him behind Samson Dauda, who also won the $300,000 prize! Below you can see Nick's loose lineup that he performed just at the Arnold Classic.

However, in a recent Instagram post, Nick reminisced about his early days and told everyone to be flexible with young trainees.

"We all start somewhere. I will never forget where I came from. We all started small, with no knowledge, asking for help, asking a million questions, some of which may seem silly to the more experienced. But we were all there once. So always be kind, always be generous, help others when you can. You might just change someone's life. There's no greater feeling than that."
