Miloš Sarčev highlights the personal story of Josef Květona

Josef Květona' s qualities are noticed in the world! Not only is he now regarded as one of the best bodybuilders in our country, but he is already perceived by the elite of the world bodybuilding. Miloš Sarčev, is the holder of the title Mr. Universe and can already be considered a legend of bodybuilding. Now he has Samson Dauda, Regan Grimes and Logan Franklin as his charges. Milos is also active in podcasts, which he regularly publishes, where you can get a lot of great information. He's been following Pepa for a while now, but since he knows Josef Adlt, who was with us at New York Pro 2023, he got a glimpse into Pepa's life, which Miloš appreciated in his post.

Just to give you an idea of what some pros have to do as a day job... and still find the time and energy to train, eat and prepare for competition. My friend @josefadlt told me that between the last two races, @josefkvet was on the tractor since 5am (or was it 4am ?) and worked hard!

If you could see the improvements he has made and the excellent fitness he has brought to the boards - you would appreciate and respect him a lot more.❤️ Way to go Josef
