Michal Krizanek's training 12 weeks before Mr. Olympia 2023

During the middle of June, the Empro Classic 2023 competition took place in Spain, in which Michal Križánek also participated. He went to this competition with the aim to win the competition and qualify for this year's Mr. Olympia. Michal succeeded and we will see this Slovak giant on the stage in Las Vegas this year.

Michal is currently in the offseason phase, after which he will head to Olympia again and you can see his current form and back/biceps training in the video below.
