Michal Križánek evaluates this year's competition season

Slovakian colossus Michal Križánek, who stood on the podium of the Mr. Olympia competition for the second time in a row this year, which is undoubtedly the biggest bodybuilding festival, evaluates the past competition season.

As Michal himself states in the interview below, he originally wanted to start the season sometime shortly before the Olympia. In the end, however, he decided to put on his competition swimsuit in the spring for one simple reason - he was tired of eating so much. So he stopped the volume training, and focused on the spring part of the season. As we already know, he started at the Empro Classic 2023, which he dominated with ease and secured his qualification for Mr. Olympia 2023.
As he said in his interview for this event, he was very happy with the form he presented here.

He also did very well at the subsequent Olympia, finishing in a very solid seventh place.

As for the form he showed at this competition, he liked it very much, but what he didn't like was the fact that he lost fullness and volume at the expense of form.

He then finished the season at the EVLS Prague Pro 2023, where he was only unable to keep up with this year's Olympia bronze man Samson Dauda, taking second place.

Speaking about the event, he said in an interview that he was very happy with what he showed there, as it was both form, fullness and volume. Moreover, he was beaten, as mentioned above, by the Olympia bronze medalist and Arnold Classic winner, and as he states in one breath, certainly an adept for the Mr. Olympia title from the upcoming edition of the competition!

Apart from the above, we also learn that his form has moved on considerably compared to last season, and he was also very well mentally. Not only this, but also many other things will be told by "KRIZO" himself.
