Michal Križánek - chest and shoulder training 6 weeks before his first competition this year

Recently we offered you a motivational video of Slovak bodybuilder and Scitec Nutrition team member Michal Krizanek, whose goal for this season is, just like last year, to participate in the Mr. Olympia competition, which is undoubtedly the biggest highlight of this sport.

Michal will appear on the competition stage in just six weeks, in Alicante, Spain, where the Empro Classic 2023 will take place on Sunday 18 June.

There is no doubt that Michal will be one of the biggest favourites to win here! If this is indeed the case, he will have plenty of time to prepare for Olympia, where he will want to fight for an even better result than he did in his debut start last year, when he placed 12th.
