Michal Križánek 8 weeks before his first competition this year

In July last year Michal Krizanek moved from the IFBB Elite Pro League to the NPC in the hope of becoming an Olympia champion in the future. He quickly earned his pro card during the Amateur Olympia in Italy and then won the EVLS Prague Pro, his first show that earned him a ticket to the biggest Mr. Olympia competition of the year. Križo finished 12th at that event and hopes to improve his standing even further this year and in the future.

Michal Krizo shared his latest update on his instagram story after a chest and shoulder workout. He wrote "8 weeks" in the caption, indicating that in that time he'll be trying to fight his way into this year's Olympia. Keeping with that timeframe, the Empro Classic Pro Spain will take place on June 18, which could be the race we see Michal at.
