Jiri Tkadlcik won silver at the European Championships!

Jiri "The Czech Lion" Tkadlcik, the best Czech strongman in the u105 category, recently celebrated another triumph at the European Strongman Championships in his category. The competition was held in Hungary under the auspices of the SCL association, where Tkadlcik won second place. He describes this competition as the opening event of the season and appreciates it as a preparation for the top moment - the World Championships in Finland.

Tkadlcik has set a clear goal for this year: to win medals and avoid injuries. Jirka plans to finish the season early so that he can focus on developing his strength skills outside of the demanding training sessions. Despite difficult conditions, including unpredictable weather during the Hungarian competition, Tkadlcik showed his determination and fought until the last moment for first place. Although he ended up in silver position, he promises to fight even harder at the upcoming World Championships in Finland, with the firm intention of winning the gold medal and becoming World Champion.

Jirka took to his social media to express himself as follows:

Yesterday was marked by three disciplines and unfortunately rain ! Well, we are not made of sugar. We are Strongmen! In Hungary Szombatelly ?? they prepared for us Cardeadlift, Loglift (130kg) and truck pulling for the European SCL Championships. Yesterday was great and I managed to overnight second place. I am very happy about that. Today we have three more devilish disciplines with a Hungarian flavour.
So here we go. I don't think the Czech king will be running away from the fight. Keep your fingers crossed.
