"I feel better than ever." Muscular beauty Galagan showed fans her current form

The combination of a model's delicate face and massive muscle mass has made Vladislava Galagan a worldwide phenomenon. Behind the perfect photos, however, there was also a struggle that is less talked about. The Russian bodybuilder recently admitted that she was struggling with a nasty autoimmune disease that was affecting her daily functioning.

But now it looks like she's out of the worst of it. Galagan decided to recap her progress over the past few months and the results are visible at a glance.

Health first

In her latest post, Galagan didn't just focus on the inches of her biceps, but more importantly on how she feels on the inside.

"I've lost 6 kilograms so far and my body composition has completely changed," the Russianboasts .

The list of positive changes she shared is long. According to her words, she got rid of inflammation in her body, her sleep has adjusted and digestive problems have disappeared.

"My memory and motivation are coming back, I have a better appetite and my circadian rhythm has straightened out," she adds .

Bold proof instead of words

Not to be left with just talk, Vladislava decided to show her current form in all its glory. She uploaded "check-in" photos to social media, in which she poses in her underwear only.

The topless images (albeit strategically covered) have a clear purpose - to show the new, sharper muscle definition she managed to carve out after dropping the aforementioned six pounds. The reactions didn't leave long to wait, with thousands of complimentary messages instantly appearing in the comments from fans who appreciate that despite the weight loss, she has maintained her proverbial curves and muscle volume.

For Galagan, this update is an important milestone. It shows that even in peak fitness, sometimes it's necessary to take a step back, to resolve health issues, in order to take two steps forward. And judging by his current form, it looks like the Russian star is on track to be in the best shape of his life.
