Brian Johnson, who has adopted an alter ego known as Liver King, has become a popular star in the fitness industry for his preppy lifestyle and muscular physique. After being outed in 2022 for hiding his steroid use, the 45-year-old took action and quit the substances altogether. However, in his latest YouTube video, Johnson revealed that he has decided to start taking testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and growth hormone again.

The Liver King talks about being "Natty as Fu**" for 220 days, losing 10 pounds and going back on TRT and growth hormone again

Liver King claims he never lied to his viewers and despite the accusations, he was natural for a total of 220 days. Johnson claims that as a result of stopping these substances, he lost 10 kilograms and dropped to 82 kilograms. He added that there is a "huge difference" in the shape his physique showed in December until now.

Liver King claims to have completed 149 days of natural life and is still showing great form!
