Honza Turek - training and form presentation before Romania Pro 2024

On 10 and 11 November, Bucharest, Romania, will host the next edition of the professional competition called Romania Muscle Fest Pro. Extrifit team member Honza Turek, who is eight weeks away from stepping on stage, is also planning to take part. Today we have a chance to judge his current form, thanks to some photos attached.

We can also take a look at his chest and triceps training, which took place about 10 weeks before the competition.

In the video, Honza offers us not only a look at his training, but also at his current supplementation, and since he is the proud owner of a Hyundai i30 N, at the end of the video he also invites us to the Most Autodrom, where this year's N-Days took place.
