From the street back to the top. At 61, he shocks with his "space" form and 3% fat!

A story that just a few months ago seemed like a tragedy about a fallen legend is turning into one of the greatest sports comebacks in history. Slovak bodybuilder Adam Cibuľa, a five-time European champion whose fate on the streets was followed by the whole of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, has posted his current form on his Instagram. The result? Shock, amazement and numbers that defy biology.

When InBody shows "100"

Adam shared the results from the InBody 770 professional diagnostic machine (dated March 21, 2026), which confirm that his return to the gym under the patronage of Karlos Vemola is bearing incredible fruit. Here are the facts that take your breath away:

• Body fat: A whopping 3.0%. That's a figure that the pros struggle with just days before the most important races of the season.
• InBody score: 100 out of 100. The machine basically found not a single error in the muscle to fat ratio.
• Muscle mass: at a total weight of 69.7 kg, net muscle makes up over 38 kg, which is quite unique for his height (159 cm) and age (61 years).

Veins, muscles and indomitable will

In the accompanying photo, Adam shows off his famous double biceps pose. His muscles are "paper thin", the veining is extreme and the separation of muscle groups is reminiscent of his most famous years on the European stage. It is clear that the rough school and supervision of coach Dusan Ďubek are working to perfection.

In the caption, Adam spared no expense in his gratitude:

"Without you, the whole thing wouldn't work. I really appreciate every single one of you - you are amazing!"

At the same time he confirmed what all the fans were waiting for: "The competition is coming."

Revenge of the Fates

The journey from the park and sleeping on the concrete to a professional diagnostic with a score of 100/100 is an inspiration to anyone feeling down. While Adam's story has been riddled with controversy (think of Vémol's "dummy test"), current form clearly shows that the professional pride of a champion has prevailed.

If Adam Cibuľa does indeed take to the competition stage in this form, it won't just be about medals. It will be proof that the human will is stronger than any fall.
