From homeless man to Instagram star? Adam Cibola's coach spoke about his meteoric rise on the networks!

Until a few months ago, his home was a semi-dilapidated house with no electricity or heat. Five-time European bodybuilding champion Adam Cibuľa fell to the bottom, from where he was pulled out by the helping hand of his lifelong coach Dusan Dubeko and the financial support of MMA fighter Karlos Vemola. Thanks to them, he now has a place to live and can once again do what he does best - exercise.

Did he trade in his shovel for a smartphone?

The biggest stir in recent days, however, has not been his muscles, but his meteoric rise to the world of the internet. Cibuľa, who until recently made a living doing heavy manual labour on construction sites, has stormed onto Instagram and the numbers speak volumes - Slovakia is fascinated by his story.

In less than a week, his profile has amassed thousands of followers and hundreds of supportive comments are piling up under his photos. But Adam is not alone behind this success.

Coach Ďubek: It's madness, celebrities say

Adam's profile and communication with his fans is handled by a team of people led by his coach Dusan Ďubek. He admitted to the media that none of them expected such a "boom".

"The interest is unbelievable. Various well-known personalities have started contacting us and they don't understand how fast the numbers are growing. People have always been interested in Adam's story, but what is happening now is extreme," Ďubekdescribed the situation.

According to the coach, the goal was clear - to take advantage of Adam's incredible life transformation and create a platform that could help him financially. The team, which consists of Jakub Vydra and Patrik Lassak in addition to Ďubek, is now actively looking for cooperation for Cibulá.

New life in Rimavská Sobota

Thanks to sponsorship from Karlos Vemola, Cibuľa has prepaid his rent in Rimavská Sobota for two years in advance. So he doesn't have to worry about ending up back on the streets in the freezing cold, and can focus fully on training and his new role as an influencer.

Whether Adam Cibuľa will ever set foot on a competition stage again is in the stars. What is certain, however, is that he has already won his gold medal on the social media stage. The man who recently mixed mortar is now a face that inspires thousands of people with his will not to give up even in the worst situation.
