Their first stop was the Gibu Gym in Brno on Saturday 4 March. The above-mentioned fighters answered all sorts of questions, often even all sorts of questions.

The whole seminar was edited, which we can now watch together, and we can learn for example:

• what muscle part Michal Križánek considers his biggest weakness in his quest for the title of Mr. Olympia
• whether their partners are training
• what to watch out for as a beginner
• what advice they would give to their younger selves
• what weight they give to their mental health
• what myths they hear about bodybuilding
• how old they were when they started working out

The whole seminar was held in a very friendly atmosphere, all the members complemented each other perfectly, every now and then one of them threw a joke at the other, and the visitors could learn a lot of very interesting information, such as the fact that although all the attendees started exercising sometime on the threshold of puberty, around the age of fifteen, Lukas Osladil had already five years of exercise behind him, as he has been going to the gym since he was ten. He has therefore been exercising longer than some of his colleagues have been alive.

You can see for yourself what the atmosphere was like in the Gibu Gym during the seminar. And if you have a chance to attend one of the upcoming seminars, be sure to do so. It's worth it!

The next stop is unknown for now, but if you follow the EVLS team's Facebook page, you will definitely find out in time.

By the way, the EVLS Team has recently established a partnership with Scitec Nutrition that its members can benefit from. Not so long ago we informed you that Michal Križánek even became the new face of this company.
