Edgard John-Augustin one day before Pittsburgh Pro 2023

In 2017, Edgard John-Augustin, who lost both legs below the knees at just four years old, joined the pros in the open. So, even though Edgard has a handicap, he decided to play in the men's open without a handicap... In the following years, however, Edgard moved into the classic physique division, which suited him much better than the open category. But in 2020, Edgard had to put the swimsuit on hold as he underwent shoulder surgery. And for a long time it looked like we wouldn't see this competitor on the podium again.

Now, however, Augustin is announcing a comeback as he will be showing up at the Pittsburgh Pro 2023 tomorrow! We've included photos of Edgard below for you to check out his current form.
