Dubai Pro is postponed! Josef Květoň with incredible form heading elsewhere
For most people, trying to get into top shape in just four weeks would sound like utopia. For Josef Květona, however, it is a challenge he has not only accepted, but apparently also conquered. His recent transformation is inspiring proof that with unwavering determination, the limits are only in our heads. A month ago, Pepa weighed 122 kilograms. Today, after weeks of intense, two-phase training, which included a brutal leg workout, his weight has climbed to 125 kilograms. This increase in muscle mass, despite slight water retention - a common occurrence with such a workout - clearly indicates that he is on his way to incredible fitness. Although he admits that fatigue is evident, his determination remains unbroken.
Joseph Kveton's original plan was to compete in the prestigious Dubai Pro. However, after consulting with his coach and a detailed assessment of the start list, which included four Olympians, they concluded that it would be a "pointless start" for Josef at this point. Instead, they decided to hold their current form for a while and strategically focus on two other, as yet unspecified races. This move demonstrates a thoughtful approach to preparation where priority is placed on optimal timing and maximum potential.
Pepa's clear on that. He's determined to move it forward again, even though his plans are changing again.
"To do the form in 4 weeks. Impossible? No shit? Definitely not for me. ? The last picture was taken when I started. I weighed 122 kilos at the time. Today, 125 kilos. In shape? The photos are after the leg workout and after a week of two-phase exercise. I did a little water stretching. The fatigue is showing. "
