Czech Viruses Kmoshtak and Kolinek discuss competition plans and give leg training

Ondra Kmošt'ák and Kuba Kolínek, both members of the Czech Virus team, recently met in front of the camera for a joint leg training session, while also chatting about their upcoming competition plans.

Kuba, who represents the Classic Physique category, is already in training, and will enter the competition season during July when he plans to participate in the Mr. Big Evolution Pro, which will take place in Portugal on July 7, and a week after that he plans to participate in the Netherlands Pro in the Netherlands.

Although Cuba is, in his own words, with his feet on the ground, and this is his first season in Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League, there is a possibility that he can qualify for the Olympia Weekend. He would of course take part in that. If qualification doesn't work out, a few weeks of competition rest will follow, and he should be putting on his competition swimsuit again in mid-November, when he plans to show up in front of his home crowd at the EVLS Prague Pro, which he, and not only he, considers a must.

Ondra, on the other hand, representing the Mens Ohysique category, is currently training as a relaxation, where he will do a few sets interspersed with coffee and some chit-chat. He wants to relax a bit, and then he will start the real preparation, which will be directed towards the autumn part of the competition season. Then, like Kuba, he plans to finish it in front of his home crowd at EVLS.

As Ondra himself said, all the competitions he will participate in this year are qualifiers for Olympia Weekend 2025, which is his goal.
