"Cbum has amazing symmetry and presentation, but it's going to be a completely different fight in the Open," says Samson Dauda

Samson Dauda, one of today's most talented bodybuilders, recently shared his thoughts on the upcoming EVLS Prague Pro 2024 and the participation of the well-known Classic Physique champion, Chris Bumstead, in the Men's Open Bodybuilding category. Dauda, who is actively preparing for the 2025 Arnold Classic, summarizes his prediction for the Men's Open category as well as his impressions of competitors such as Bumstead and Martin Fitzwater.

Chris Bumstead in Men's Open Bodybuilding

Chris Bumstead, the six-time winner of the Classic Physique category at Mr. Olympia, decided to make his last competitive appearance on stage, specifically at the EVLS Prague Pro 2024 in the Men's Open division, causing quite a stir among fans and professionals alike. This information has piqued the interest of other elite competitors, including Samson Dauda, who admits he has high expectations for Bumstead, but is also skeptical about his chances of competing in this challenging category. As Dauda noted:

"Bumstead has amazing symmetry and presence, but it will be a completely different fight in the Open. The Men's Open is about much more mass and power, which requires a completely different approach."

Bumstead's aesthetic and symmetry, which dominated Classic Physique, could be an advantage in the Open, but the demands of mass and body massiveness could be a hindrance for Cbum.

Martin Fitzwater as the main competitor

Dauda is clear about Martin Fitzwater - he believes Fitzwater is a strong contender for the title and has tremendous motivation and ambition. As he says, Fitzwater is "young, hungry" and brings something unique to the stage that could catch opponents and spectators by surprise.

"I believe Fitzwater has what it takes to succeed. He has everything it takes - weight, muscle, aggression and energy," Daudasaid .

What will EVLS Prague Pro 2024 bring?

The EVLS Prague Pro 2024 will be a crucial race to see how Bumstead performs in the Open, and whether Fitzwater can live up to Dauda's predictions. Dauda is looking forward to the battle:

"This race is one you won't want to miss. Both Bumstead and Fitzwater will bring something we haven't seen before and every bodybuilding fan will be curious about this contest."
