Branch and Trish Warren in training with James "Flex" Lewis

Although Branch Warren, a two-time Arnold Classic winner in 2011 and 2011 and silver medalist at the 2009 Mr. Olympia, hung up his competition swimsuit in 2015, he is still training hard. It is his workouts, where he was usually sparred by Johnnie Jackson, that are among the most HARDCORE things you can watch on the YouTube video portal in the bodybuilding section. It's no wonder that these videos are still among the most sought after, and serve as motivation for many exercisers.

They literally ooze grit, sweat and blood! But Branch hasn't let up on his training commitment even in "retirement". Proof can be seen in his most recent video, in which he and his wife Trish, a former successful Fitness Figure competitor, visited The Dragon Lair gym, owned by seven-time Olympia 212 Showdown winner James "Flex" Lewis, who has also retired from competition.
