Big Ramy 3 weeks before Arnold Classic 2023

Another edition of Mr. Olympia is already behind us, but even though many expected that this year's show would be dominated by Big Ramy again, it didn't happen. In fact, Ramy came in "only" fifth place. He was unable to follow up on the two previous editions that he managed to dominate and thus had to settle for fifth place.

Many people speculated whether Ramy would retire from racing. But in a recent video, this great bodybuilder revealed that he will keep on competing and wants to bring a much better result than this year!

"I promise you that I will do everything I can to be stronger than ever again. I don't promise to win or lose, I respect the other competitors. But I will say that I will do my best to be number 1 again."

In 3 weeks, however, the next edition of the prestigious Arnold Classic will take place, which will also be attended by the aforementioned Big Ramy, who will want to repair his reputation at these competitions. But you can check out his current form in the video below.
