Behrouz Tabani arrived at Olympia after two years of struggle

After a whopping two years of bureaucratic hurdles and dashed dreams, Iranian bodybuilder Behrouz Tabani finally made it to U.S. soil to compete in Mr. Olympia 2025. His harrowing journey, which has prevented him from competing in the past, came to an end just before the start of the event. He did not hide his huge emotions at the press conference.

Tabani, who is considered one of the "dark horses" of the competition, faced huge problems in getting a visa. These difficulties had already cost him his participation in the 2024 Olympics. This year the situation was repeated and his participation was uncertain until the last moment. Nevertheless, he managed to overcome all obstacles and arrive on time.

"This is the best day of my life," a visibly moved Tabani told reporters. "I am extremely happy to be here. My motivation is at its peak."

Although he has qualified for the Olympia for the fifth time in a row, this will be his debut on the most famous stage in the world of bodybuilding. Under the guidance of coach Milos Sarcev, Tabani is ready to shake up the rankings at the top. His physique is described as a combination of dense muscle mass, mature form and clean lines. He secured his qualification by winning the Dubai Pro 2025.

Behrouz Tabani's story is one of incredible perseverance and determination. After overcoming the logistical nightmare that plagues many athletes outside of the US, he now has only one thing left to do - show the world the form he has worked so hard for and take on the best bodybuilders on the planet.
