Arnold Schwarzenegger would like to run for President of the United States!

In a recent interview with "Who's Talking to Chris Wallace?", Arnold Schwarzenegger said he could clearly see how he would win the presidential election in 2024. He expressed that he wished he could run for president. No stranger to politics, Schwarzenegger was governor of California from 2003 to 2011. However, only native-born citizens are eligible to run for President of the United States.

In a recent interview with Chris Wallace on CNN, Arnold confirmed that he would like to run for president in 2024.

"The Constitution says the president must be a native-born citizen of the United States. If that wasn't the case, would you run for president?" Wallace asked.

"ABSOLUTELY, NO QUESTION. I SEE EXTREMELY CLEARLY HOW I COULD WIN THIS ELECTION," Arnold Schwarzenegger said.

Schwarzenegger went on to compare the 2024 election to his run for governor in 2003 - he believes he could do for the country what he did for California.

However, as we mentioned in the introduction - only a natural-born citizen can run for the US presidency according to the constitution, and Arnold is not one, as Schwarzenegger immigrated to the US in 1968 and became a US citizen in 1983.
