Anabolics manufacturers and distributors are in a hurry! Customs officers have uncovered their wide network and seized assets worth over 100 million crowns! The biggest case in the history of the Czech Republic!

Are you an AS user? Well, watch out, you might be out of luck... An investigative team from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland has uncovered a network of anabolics producers and distributors, and not just any anabolics. They arrested 19 people and seized assets worth over 100 million crowns! Yes, you read that right... This is the biggest case ever for the Czech customs administration.

On the celnisprava.cz website you can read:

"Under the leadership of the Brno Anti-Drug Department of the General Directorate of Customs and in cooperation with Slovak and Polish colleagues, a joint investigation team carried out the final implementation of the criminal file with the working title COAL at the end of May.

In the case of illegal production and subsequent distribution of substances with anabolic effects, the team arrested 19 persons and seized funds in cash and bank accounts, virtual currencies, investment coins and other movable and immovable property worth over CZK 100 million. Two production laboratories, hundreds of thousands of illegally produced anabolics in tablets and ampoules and more than 300 kilograms of substances for their production were discovered.

The first indications of a possible illegal trade in anabolics were noted by the Anti-Drug Department of the Customs Administration about two years ago. These were shipments containing tablets bound for the USA. By tracking shipments, shippers, consignees and other clues, a network of illegal traffickers in these dangerous substances slowly began to unravel. At the same time, it was discovered that the main organisers were probably based in Moravia. Gradually, links were made with additional information provided by colleagues from Slovakia and Poland.

The final part of the implementation took place simultaneously in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. During the searches, nine persons were arrested in the Czech Republic, four of whom are in custody, five in Slovakia and five in Poland, three of whom were placed in custody. The value of the property seized in Slovakia has not yet been fully quantified. Evidence seized included 12 computers and laptops, 35 mobile phones, eight firearms including bullets, two vehicles, as well as hardware cryptocurrency wallets.

If proven guilty of the offence of manufacturing and otherwise disposing of substances with anabolic and other hormonal effects, the main organisers face up to 12 years imprisonment.

The National Drugs Control Centre, the Polish CBSP Katowice, the Slovak NAKA, EUROPOL and EUROJUST cooperated with Czech customs officers to uncover the dangerous international gang."
