American fitness model Ahmo Hight has died at the age of 50!

Ahmo Kathleen Hight passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at the age of 50. Although the cause of death has not been revealed, it is known that Hight slipped while leaving the market and hit her head. Hight did not seek medical attention after her injury and woke up Tuesday morning with no appetite shortly before falling back to sleep. She then passed away around 9:00 a.m. Speculation continues to swirl around her sudden death, although some believe the probable cause of death was a blood clot due to a head injury.

Ahmo Hight, known for her gorgeous blonde hair, achieved success after winning the Ms. Fitness USA and Ms. Fit Body Bay Area competitions in 1994. She then pursued a modeling career and appeared in publications such as Ironman Magazine.

Hight has also dabbled in acting and has appeared in several TV movies and reality shows. She has appeared in music videos for Playboy and has starred in TV series such as Pacific Blue and Hotel Exotica.
