The two professionals, one of whom competes in Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League and the other in the IFBB Elite Pro, got together for a joint arm workout on Thursday, June 11.
Pavel Vacek was also present with his camera and filmed their brutal workout for you. In the video you will see not only intensification methods such as drop sets or assistance sets, but also a lot of sweat and pain!
