Extrifters Slavoj Bednar and Pavel Koukal at the joint thigh training
Author: Extrifit team members Slavoj Bednar, Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League pro, and Pavel Koukal, IFBB Elite Pro, got together for another joint training session.
After getting together for arm and chest workouts in front of Pavel Vacek's camera lens, this time they set about destroying their thighs!
Slavoj, like many of his European colleagues, is currently preparing for the 2020 Europa Pro Championships, which will take place in Spain on October 11.
Slavoj, like our other representatives Lukáš Osladil and Milan Šádek, will fight for one of the three qualification places for this year's Mr. Olympia.
Pavel Koukal is now in preparation for the IFBB Elite Pro Prague 2020 competition, which will take place on 4 October. He will meet another member of the Extrifit team, Vojta Koritensky, who recently joined the federation and made a very successful debut at the IFBB Elite Pro Malta 2020, where he finished in a very respectable 3rd place!
Below you can watch a video of the aforementioned thigh workout. As we are already used to with the duo Slavoj Bednar and Pavel Koukal, once again it was "to the limit"!
