The largest power and fitness trade fair in Europe, held in Prague on 28-29 September at the PVA EXPO Letňany on an area of 10,000 m2.

The biggest draw to this event were world celebrities. It is great that we can see them in such numbers in our country.

Jay Cutler, Dorian Yates, Shaw Rhoden, Roelly Winklaar and Kevin Levrone!

There was a lot to see. Outdoor strongman competitions. A separate hall was prepared for the fighters, where about a hundred MMA and Brazilian JIU-JITSU fights took place.

Bench-press, street workout and loglift to the max competitions that took place on the main stage.

So there was really something for everyone and you could get motivated at every corner.

We set off with the camera to the EXPO, which we will show you in the video and fly through together.

At the same time, we caught a few personalities from our fitness scene.

So come check it out :)

There were over 60 exhibitors at EXPU itself. The biggest buzz was always around the evls store, where there was a photo shoot with celebrities. Everybody wanted a picture with mr. Olympia.

We hope you enjoyed the report, keep practicing and see you at the next event.
