Egyptian Mamdouh Elssbiay showed his incredible current form!

Mamdouh Elssbiay, who proudly wears the nickname "Big Ramy", managed to win a great second place at the Mr. Olympia competition last year, where he was hot on the heels of seven-time title holder Phil Heath.

These days, a photo has gone around the world showing the current form of this "little guy". Everyone immediately started to wonder if Phil would be able to fulfil his dream of winning his eighth title, which would put him alongside such legends as Lee Haney and Ronnie Coleman, or if he would have to bow to Mamdouh's qualities and volume.

The truth is, there has never been anything like what "Big Ramy" is showing! Incredible genetics, incredible volumes, very good symmetry, and even excellent finishing, these are assets that no other bodybuilder currently possesses, or has possessed in the past!

If he can work on his waist width, towards narrowing it of course, and add hardness and muscle separation, he can certainly think of dethroning Phil Heath.

We enclose below the photo already mentioned in the introduction.
