Dwayne Johnson's ICON World Classic will not be held until next year!
Author: Due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, a number of restrictive measures have been implemented not only in our country, but almost worldwide. Whether it was restriction of movement, banning from gyms, restriction of sports activities in general, or cancellation and postponement of dates of various competitions.
Due to the many question marks surrounding the course of this pandemic in the US and its impact on athletes, action hero Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has also decided to cancel his multi-sport festival Athleticon.
The first edition of this festival, which was also to include the ICON World Classic professional bodybuilders' competition, was to take place in Atlanta from 10 to 11 October 2020.
However, the event has been postponed by a whole year! The new date for the festival to take place is set for October 9 and 10, 2021.
