Dexter Jackson showed off his "retirement" back workout

Although it's been two years since legendary bodybuilder Dexter Jackson retired from competition, it doesn't seem like this Mr. Bodybuilder is languishing. Those who follow Dexter know that he may not train as hard as he did when he had racing ambitions, but he still trains hard. Apparently, this could be due to the fact that he would like to compete in the Master's Olympia 2023 next year. The last time it was held was in 2012 and it was Jackson who won the Master's Olympia.

Dexter has been training for many years under one of the most experienced bodybuilding coaches ever - Charles Glass, whom he looks up to and has learned a lot from.

If you ask me what I miss most since I retired... Competing? No! Diet... No! I'd have to say training with our greatest athletic trainer, Charles Glass.

The seasoned bodybuilder is still training hard and his recent back workout proves he could still compete with younger individuals. In a recent video from Jackson, you can watch a back workout in which you can see the intensity with which he still works hard.
