Derek Lunsford in preparation for a fight for the 212-pound division
Since last year's Olympia 212 Showdown, seven-time champion James "Flex" Lewis has not competed in the event and has decided to leave the 212-pound division, saying he would like to stand on the Mr. Olympia stage in the future.
This year, the organizers of Olympia Weekend presented him with a special invitation to participate in Mr. Olympia, which Flex accepted without any hesitation, of course!
One of the biggest favourites to become the new king of this division before last year's event was Derek Lunsford, who finished second behind Lewis.
However, as we know, his form didn't quite work out, and so he once again took second place, with Kamal Elgargni taking the triumph.
Derek is now in training for his fourth Olympia, and it's no secret that his goal is to finally capture the title of King of the 212lb bodybuilders.
Below, you can see the form he had 13 weeks before the start of the contest, which was moved to December due to coronacrisis.
