Czech Republic Championship in Functional Fitness - WODS
Author: Next weekend, 15th - 16th June 2019, the Czech Functional Fitness Championship will take place in Olomouc at Ultimate Fitness Olomouc . If you are not familiar with this sport, check out our article about the Czech Functional Fitness Federation.
An individual competition is a one or two-day competition in functional fitness. At the level of the Czech Championship it contains 6 tests in standard characteristics, namely: aerobic capacity, strength, endurance with own weight, skill with own weight, "mix modal" capacity and short-term performance.
From the qualification 24 men, 12 women and 5 teams have advanced to the main event of the 2019 World Championships, from which therepresentatives will be selected- 3 men, 3 women and one 4-member team (2 men and 2 women), who will travel to the World Championships in Sweden, which will take place from 30 August to 1 September 2019. However, it must be stressed that the World Championships will take place under the strict supervision of doping controls!
