Curry needs to develop more muscle quality and more muscle separation, thinks Lee Haney

Lee Haney is one of the best bodybuilders of all time and has won many awards during his career. Haney won eight Olympia titles during his career (as did Coleman), the most in history. His career spanned three decades and he competed with many other legendary bodybuilders. Haney still remains a strong voice in bodybuilding and has many tips to offer in his repertoire.

In a recent video, Lee Haney joins Dennis James and Milos Sarcev on the Muscle and Fitness YouTube page to discuss many timely topics.

Many people believe that Big Ramy is preparing to win his third straight Olympia title. One of the few who could unseat him is Brandon Curry, who dominated this race in 2019. He has finished second behind Ramy the last two years. But in order to dethrone the champion, Curry has to use a different tactic. Hanny advises Curry that he needs to build more muscle quality and more muscle separation to put himself back on top of the Olympia.

However, Ronnie Colam thinks that no one can beat Big Ramy and he will rule this competition for another 3-4 years.

"I have a lot of respect for Big Ramy because he's a big guy who trains hard, works hard, is really dedicated to his craft and I think he's probably going to be Mr. Olympia for at least another 3-4 years. because nobody is going to catch him there for size. Right now he's too far ahead of everyone. So Big Ramy is the man."
