Donald (36-13-1NC) added to his chosen weighting:

I didn't care, they called me and said Conor wanted to fight at 77 kg. I said sure, let's do it. We'll both have a healthy "eaten" preparation. We won't have to worry about diet and all that. We're going to train hard and we're going to come in healthy and full of excitement. The best Conor and the best Cowboy will come in.

This MMA veteran is one of the most experienced UFC fighters ever, you can judge for yourself.

Donald's big vice is drinking beer - American Budweiser even started sponsoring him and created a custom edition for the occasion of his duel with McGregor.

Beer is certainly indispensable to me. We drink about 5 times a week, even during the preparation. Said Cerrone.

“ I want all the blue collar American working class people to know that I’m out there fighting for them. People ask me , ( why don’t you take time off?) but the working class doesn’t take time off. They’re out there working every day. That’s what I do, too. I want them to know there is hope, and I’m out there just like they are. “ this is the quote I had @budweiser put on the top of the can. They also put Brewed and Canned for cowboy fans. I’m so blown away by this thank you @budweiserusa and I’m excited to see these cans all over Vegas

McGregor (21-4-0), despite a layoff of more than a year, will enter the fight as the favorite. Conor, however, takes his opponent with all humility. In an interview with ESPN, he said:

We have a history together. It's an interesting bond. It's kind of a fan-friend thing. I appreciate and respect Donald, he has a lot of fights and he's a man who lives for his family.

Conor's trainer states:

Conor is in the best shape I've ever seen from him.
