Conor McGregor is back in boxing training and going all out!
Conor has been down on his heels for the last few years, but his leg injury seems to have improved and he is now gradually returning to martial arts training and he believes that things will only get better. He's been posting progressive videos of training sessions where he and his boxing coach Raj Vrinceanu are fine-tuning their technique on the elbows, and we get a look at some of them.
"Soon my injury will be a distant memory in my martial arts journey. No one has a road without bumps - but winning is about a positive attitude, determination and hard work. I'm back and I'm only getting better!" Conor wrote on social media.
However, many top athletes argue that Conor should rather go out and train with the best fighters in the world and not stay locked up with just himself. The question is whether his health is also already matching that and if he will even want to.
For example, Henry Cejudo aka Triple C, who was the only UFC fighter to win a gold medal at the Olympics and also hold two championship belts in two weight divisions, took a dig at Conor on social media as follows.
"Your hands are too far down and your distance is all over the place too. You should get rid of all the sycophants around you. That's just a tip from the best".
However, Conor didn't argue with him and immediately shot back:
"Fat midget newbie. He'd lick a fart for attention..."
We'll see how Conor's fate will deal him the cards and we're already looking forward to seeing this stormtrooper in action again!
