Chris Bumstead's free routine from Classic Physique Olympia 2022
Although the Classic Physique Olympia division is only seven years old, it is becoming one of the most popular divisions at the world's largest fitness sports competition. This division excels in aesthetics, symmetry and conditioning inspired by the golden era.
During this year's Olympia, everyone was anxiously waiting to see if Chris Bumstead could win this year's Classic Physique Olympia, which he has managed to dominate 3 times already. Although just before the competition Samir Bannout suggested that Chris might be beaten this year by Ramon Queiroz, this did not happen and Chris once again won this beautiful division to claim his 4th Olympia title.

After the competition, Chris was interviewed by legendary bodybuilder Flex Wheeler. Bumstead revealed how it feels for him to become the Classic Physique king for the fourth time and how his retirement is going. In fact, many have speculated over the fact that Chris is planning to retire, but this has been refuted by Bumstead himself.
"It's a damn good feeling. It's hard to explain, to be perfectly honest. It feels really good to be back here. It's a great feeling to be pushed by these guys; there were 59 of us on the stage, so let's give a round of applause for the amazing competitors in classic physique. This division is so exciting and I'm so grateful to be here this year and be at the top of it. They really pushed me to be the best I could be.
It's been a great year for me. There has been a lot of talk about my retirement, for whatever reason. But I'm not retiring. Don't worry, guys, I'm not retiring. I'm here. I love what I do. But I think it's beautiful that people think that."
