Cedric McMillan will be returning to the gym soon!
American professional bodybuilder Cedric McMillan did not participate in the Mr. Olympia competition last year, although he qualified for it in 2019 by triumphing at the Fit Parade Pro Grand Prix 2019.
Shortly before the bodybuilding world's most prestigious event, he actually broke the palm of his right hand in a fall from a bicycle, which required surgery. To avoid a cast, he opted to fix the broken bones with wires.
Although this allowed him to move his fingers, he could not hold anything in his hand, which prevented him from the quality preparation needed to participate in such a big competition.
On Friday, February 12, the 2017 Arnold Classic winner returned to the hospital to undergo surgery to have the wires removed from his hand.
Cedric is currently planning to embark on his rehabilitation, after which he would like to return to the gym and begin training for the upcoming season.
