Canadian professional Antoine Vaillant weighs an impressive 145 kg!!
Canadian professional bodybuilder Antoine Vaillant, who is competing in Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League, wanted to take the podium at the New York Pro and Toronto Pro Supershow this year.
During his preparation, which went beyond expectations, he achieved the form of his life and hoped for great results. However, at the very end of this preparation, he unfortunately tore his right biceps and his season ended prematurely.
He underwent surgery and subsequent recovery, followed by a return to the gym. This was a great success, as at the very end of his volume training for the Arnold Classic South America at the end of April, he weighed an impressive 145 kg in the morning!
This is the biggest weight he has achieved so far in his career.
Antoine plans to start the pre-contest training phase in mid-December, and has stated that if things go well, he could be on the podium as early as the first half of April, at the St. Louis Pro.
