Brutal back training by Pavel Beran and Jan Turek!
Author: A couple of Czech professional bodybuilders Pavel Beran and Honza Turek got together for a joint back training. It was mainly marked by free weights and really brutal workouts!

Pavel plans to compete at the Vancouver Pro 2021, which is scheduled to take place on July 10 and 11. But as you know from us, the organizers are talking about changing the date or even moving it to the upcoming competition season. Pavel has not yet stated what he will do with this information.
Honza should then appear on stage on August 15, when the Europa Pro 2021 is scheduled.
