Breon Ansley retires from the classic physique division this year

Breon Ansley is one of the most famous faces in the classis physique division, having even won Mr. Olympia twice in his career. Even though Breon is forty-three years old, he still gives younger guys a hard time, because even he feels he needs a change. He even finished fourth at the 2022 Arnold Classic this year, which was obviously a disappointment for him. In fact, Ansley hasn't finished worse than third in any event since 2016.

That's probably why Ansley decided to compete in the classic physique division for the last time this year. He also mentioned that he has exciting details about his upcoming season. Breon still plans to compete at Mr. Olympia this year, where he would like to fight for the title.

"Since this will be my last year in the Classic Division, I have to share some exciting details about the game plan that makes us confident to fight for the title again!"

There is speculation that Ansley could race in the 212 next year, which would be really interesting don't you think?
