Bodybuilder Nathan De Asha is innocent!

A week ago we informed you that British professional bodybuilder Nathan De Asha will not be able to compete in the Mr. Olympia competition, despite the fact that he qualified for it by winning The Battle of Britain Pro 2019.

The reason was a court hearing regarding the distribution of anabolic steroids, to which he even pleaded guilty himself. This hearing actually took place yesterday, September 16, at 10:00am.
Nathan thus assessed himself that he would not be able to return in time from Las Vegas, where the Mr. Olympia competition is held. He would not have been able to attend the hearing in person, which could have been detrimental to him.

The more serious charge against Nathan was that he was involved in the distribution of hard drugs! However, he denies this fact.

And how did it all turn out? Nathan explained it this way:

I'm clean! The fact that I missed the start of the Mr. Olympia last weekend has definitely paid off. I walked out of the court hearing without the threat of jail time. This is the result I knew the court would reach, despite all the behind-the-scenes online gossip.

When your heart is pure, and you know you've done nothing wrong, it's important to persevere. Yes, I was nervous, but that's only natural in a situation like this. But inside, I knew I would come out unscathed.

The universe put me through an unexpected test, but how I handled it defined my future as an athlete. I'm proud of the steps I took, and I want to remind everyone - never judge a book by its cover!

At the same time, word has started to spread that Nathan intends to use the form he has built up during his preparation for Mr. Olympia to take to the competition stage again on September 22! This will happen in Padua, Italy, where the Yamamoto Cup will take place.

Nathan will be fighting for qualification for Mr. Olympia 2020, and it won't be easy! Because another fighter who missed out on Mr. Olympia this year,2018 Mr. Olympia titleholder Shawn Rhoden, is going to compete!
