Blessing Awodibu revealed his back and biceps training 14 weeks to Olympia 2022

Blessing Awodibu is an Irish professional bodybuilder and social media star. He competes in the Open division and this year he will take to the competition boards for the first time at Mr. Olympia, which he qualified for by winning the 2022 Indy Pro and the 2022 New York Pro.

During a recent episode of Bro Chat, Nick Walker discussed his biggest Olympia threats and why he believes Andrew Jacked would beat Blessing Awodiba if they competed together.

Jose Raymond asked Nick if he thought Blessing Awodibu could beat him at Olympia if he were to enter there at his best. Walker said the following:

"Not even close!"

When asked who he thought would win between Awodibu and Andrew Jacked, Walker minced no words.

"Andrew has a better physique than Blessing, bigger legs and better conditioning. Overall, I think Andrew is better."

Next, Nick stated how he thinks Awodibua will end up at this year's Olympics.

"He has a very good physique, very good symmetry, broad back, small waist, but I don't think his legs will be where they should be at the Olympia. I don't think his hamstrings will be where they should be, his glutes won't be where they should be. His upper body is great, but his lower body is not. I don't think he's going to improve dramatically by Olympia. I think Blessing will do extremely well at his first Olympia and I think he will do 100 percent. I think he will be in the top ten for sure," Walker explained.
