Such rivals include Blessing Awodibu and Nick Walker, who until this year's New York Pro 2021 meet were constantly haggling on social media. Despite this, the two rivals trained together and it seems to have transformed their racing rivalry at the same time, allowing them to find their way closer to each other.
Walker's win in New York earned the young up-and-coming bodybuilder a spot at the Olympia, where he even finished in a great fifth place, a real accomplishment for Nick. However, in the 2021 season Nick also managed to succeed at the Arnold Classic, which is considered the second most prestigious competition in the world after the Olympia.
As we mentioned in the introduction - the New York race was the first time that Nick and Blessing, for whom it was his first professional appearance on stage, could meet in person. Despite all the effort Blessing put into his preparation, he took sixth place, which the comedian was not happy about and decided to take a break from racing to improve his physique.
And although the bickering between Nick and Blessing hasn't stopped, the duo recently got together for a workout and posing session. It seems that these competitors have buried the hatchet and their rivalry has almost died down. It's great to see that Awodibu and Walker have a good relationship, which is why we can get a good dose of motivation from both of them!
