Big Ramy showed his current form in preparation for Olympia

The last two editions of the most prestigious bodybuilding competition in the world, Mr. Olympia, were dominated by Egyptian professional Mamdouh Elssbiay, nicknamed Big Ramy. He was welcomed home with great glory after his last title defense! And he did what no one in Egypt had done before him! Ramy's current goal is to win his third Mr. Olympia title.

At the beginning of June, Mamdouh also expressed in an interview with the RWA Podcast when he was going to end his racing career.

"I decided from the beginning that I was going to quit bodybuilding at 38. My kids keep asking me about it, I tell them that thirty-eight hasn't come yet. When it comes, we'll talk.

I don't know what I'm going to do after I'm thirty-eight, but this is something I decided a long time ago. I'm thirty-seven years old, one more year to go," Big Ramy said in a recent interview.

Earlier in August, Ramy posted his current physique on Instagram and stated that he weighs a whopping 336.6 lbs/153 kg!

"My goal for this year's Olympia is to present the best Big Ramy ever and that's why I'm working very hard."

He confirmed his thesis in a recent video where he once again showed his current form. Ramy looks really massive and seems to have put on even more size without sacrificing the crazy V taper he is known for with his small waist.
