Arnold Schwarzenegger partied with his girlfriend and sons at Oktoberfest

In a recent video uploaded to Instagram, Arnold revealed what keeps people from succeeding. He encouraged his followers by sharing his personal experiences and hinted that he never had an alternative plan, and went all in.

I hate plan B. People perform better in sports and everything else if they don't have a plan B. I'm telling you, I've never, ever had a plan B. I made a full commitment to go and become a bodybuilding champion, I made a full commitment to be in America, I made a full commitment to get into show business, no matter what it took to get there.

One of the main reasons people want to have a plan B is because they're afraid of failure.

Let me tell you something, don't be afraid of failure. Because there's nothing wrong with failure. You have to fail to climb the ladder. There's no one who doesn't fail. It's okay. What's not okay is if you fail, you stay down.

Whoever stays down is a loser.
