Another case moves pro bodybuilding! Nathan De Asha pleads guilty to anabolics distribution!

The world of professional bodybuilding is having a hard time recovering from the very drastic action taken against 2018 titleholder Shawn Rhoden, who has had his lifetime right to compete in Mr. Olympia revoked by American Media, Inc. (AMI), the wholly owned owner of the Mr. Olympia competition, effective immediately, following allegations of rape and sexual assault !

To make matters worse, another not-so-positive news story made the rounds in the professional bodybuilding world yesterday.

Nathan De Asha, winner of The Battle of Britain Pro 2019, eighth man at last year's Mr. Olympia, and currently the UK's best bodybuilder, has admitted to distributing anabolic steroids!

This should be a case from 2017, when a police raid was carried out at the UK's Pain and Gain Gym during an investigation into an unrelated drug case, during which a mail order parcel of anabolics was found.

The sender was a man nicknamed The Prophecy from Liverpool, with all the clues leading to De Ash.

Although De Asha was released on bail, the verdict and possible sentence are yet to be handed down following a court hearing with the owners of Pain and Gain Gym, which was due to take place later this week.
Commenting on De Ash's case, Judge David Evans said that he could even face an unconditional prison sentence!

Nathan may become the next contestant to be barred by American Media, Inc. from competing, not only at this year's Mr. Olympia!
