Amphibian Larry Wheels trains 2 weeks before his participation at the 2018 NPC Nationals

In May of this year we offered you a video that captured the performance of triathlete Larry Wheels at the Kern US Open 2018, where he managed to lift 1039 kilograms in the triathlon, with a squat of 372 kg, bench press of 267 kg and deadlift of 400 kg, all with a body weight of "only" 125 kilograms!

We wrote at the time that the 23-year-old Larry possessed the physique of a bodybuilder. He also decided to give the bodybuilding stage a try. His first swimsuit competition was the February 2018 NPC Gold Coast Classic, where he took the overall win!
With this performance, he qualified for the NPC Nationals, which takes place on November 16-17. At that event, he will also be competing for pro cards. Does Larry have a shot at the pro scene?

Larry really doesn't deny the powerlifter in him, as evidenced by the videos attached below.

The first one shows clips from Larry's training sessions held just 3 to 2 weeks before the competition, and his performances will still take your breath away!
408 kg squat, which is his new personal best! Then 388 kg for three reps of deadlift, 188 kg for 25 reps on bench press and other equally interesting performances.

The second video was taken during his photo shoot for Muscle and Fitness magazine, during which he set another personal best, for the deadlift, when he managed to lift 418 kg!

The last video shows him during a chest workout.
